Kiosk Visitor Management

Self-service guest sign-in screens generate time-bound single-door access passes, send host SMS pings, and archive legal non-disclosure signoffs.

06

Immutable Access Audit Trail

Export cryptographic logs of every ingress, turnstile cycle, desk check-in, and forced-door alarm for facility safety compliance.

OPERATIONAL DETAILS

Frequently asked questions.

How do we request access and review plan pricing?

Unistack structures deployments according to your facility door counts, turnstile hardware interfaces, and active desk capacity. Detailed pricing breakdowns and hardware gateway requirements are presented directly in your portal after initial administrative account sign-in.

What is the cancellation process and contractual commitment?

Services run on month-to-month or customized operational intervals with no hidden waiting periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the administrator settings dashboard without long-term lock-in or early termination penalties.

How are credential data, badge records, and telemetry retained?

Physical access audit logs and desk occupancy events are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored within tier-4 US data centers. Facility operators can specify custom retention windows ranging from 30 days to multi-year archives to satisfy local safety auditing standards.

What are your uptime and hardware bridge service level agreements?

Our central routing infrastructure maintains a 99.99% availability target. In addition, the Unistack localized edge bridge preserves full physical door access cache locally, guaranteeing that turnstiles and meeting rooms continue to validate badges even during an external Internet outage.

What is your refund policy?

We provide a full 30-day money-back guarantee window beginning from your initial account activation date. If the platform does not fully satisfy your facility access control or desk scheduling requirements, submit a written request to support@unistack.top for a prompt refund processed back to your original payment method.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Customer", "you", or "operator"), and Unistack, LLC ("Unistack", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our physical access control orchestration middleware, interactive desk booking software, edge firmware, and web consoles available at unistack.top. By registering an account, integrating an edge bridge gateway, or establishing desk booking profiles, you affirmatively manifest explicit consent to be bound by these terms. Account creation requires active affirmative action; pre-checked boxes or inferred assent are never utilized.

Unistack provides an enterprise cloud-managed operational suite engineered to synchronize third-party electronic locking hardware (including OSDP v2 and Wiegand interfaces), smart turnstiles, occupancy sensor arrays, and mobile credential provisioning systems. You acknowledge that Unistack provides operational software and middleware routing, and does not manufacture physical locking bolts, mechanical egress bars, or local life-safety infrastructure.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly billing cycle tailored to your active facility endpoints and workspace capacity as confirmed during administrative onboarding. All charges will be reflected on your payment method statement under the official merchant billing descriptor "UNISTACK". By initiating a subscription, you explicitly authorize recurring charges to your registered payment instrument on an automatic basis until affirmative cancellation is submitted via your administrative console.

As an operator, you represent and warrant that your physical installation of all access control equipment conforms strictly to municipal fire codes, emergency egress requirements, building safety ordinances, and relevant life-safety standards (including NFPA 101 and local equivalents). You shall not deploy Unistack to electronically lock or obstruct any emergency exit or path of egress without certified local fail-safe hardware overrides operating independent of network connectivity.

You retain full administrative authority over the enrollment, suspension, and revocation of digital credentials granted to your members, visitors, and contractors. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, API access tokens, and edge gateway encryption keys. Unistack will not be held liable for unauthorized facility entry resulting from compromised local administrative credentials or physical device theft.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You explicitly waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against Unistack, LLC.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Unistack, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from operational downtime, unauthorized building entry, or facility hardware failures.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Unistack, LLC

Unistack, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of personal information processed through our physical access control and desk reservation infrastructure. This Privacy Policy details the exact types of data we collect, how that information is utilized to operate real estate facilities, and the stringent security protocols employed to safeguard facility logs.

We collect personal data necessary to establish secure access rights and allocate desk resources. This includes member contact details (names, enterprise email addresses, phone numbers), digital credential identifiers (mobile wallet token hashes, RFID/NFC badge serial numbers), and telemetry data (timestamped door unlock events, turnstile passage confirmations, desk reservation check-ins, and sensor occupancy duration). We do not collect or store unhashed biometric characteristics.

All collected telemetry and credential records are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest utilizing AES-256 standards. Our primary production databases and synchronization services are hosted exclusively in SOC 2 Type II certified, secure data center facilities situated within the United States. Local edge hardware appliances cache only tokenized hashes necessary to maintain offline door functionality.

Unistack engages vetted third-party service providers solely to execute vital operational processing, including secure credit card payment gateways, transactional notification dispatchers (SMS and email delivery), and cloud infrastructure providers. Each third-party processor is bound by strict data protection agreements prohibiting the retention, sharing, or utilization of personal information for any secondary purpose.

Detailed access logs and badge scan records are retained in active indexing for the duration defined by the facility administrator (typically thirty to ninety days) to enable security audits and dispute resolution, after which records are automatically purged or anonymized. Workspace operators maintain full authority to configure custom programmatic data retention and deletion schedules via our API.

Subject to applicable law, individuals maintain the right to access, rectify, export, or request the deletion of their personal credential records and reservation logs held by Unistack. To exercise these rights, or to submit inquiries concerning our privacy architecture, you or your authorized representative may contact our privacy compliance officer directly at support@unistack.top.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Unistack, LLC

Unistack, LLC provides a minimum 30-day money-back guarantee window beginning from the initial activation timestamp of your account subscription. If for any reason our access control middleware, desk booking topology system, or mobile credential provisioning fails to satisfy your operational facility requirements during this preliminary 30-day window, you are entitled to request a complete refund of your recurring platform fee.

To initiate a cancellation and refund request under the 30-day guarantee window, you must submit a formal written notice from your registered administrative email address to support@unistack.top. Your notification should include your primary account identification, facility location details, and a confirmation that local edge bridges have been deactivated.

Upon receipt and administrative verification of your eligible refund request, Unistack will process the reimbursement within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited directly back to the original credit card or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. Processing turnaround times may vary slightly depending upon your commercial banking institution.

Following the expiration of the initial 30-day money-back window, subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. In the event of an affirmative subscription cancellation submitted mid-cycle via the administrative dashboard, recurring billing will terminate immediately, ensuring no subsequent renewal charges occur. Prorated adjustments for remaining partial-month intervals are calculated in accordance with accrued metered controller usage and executed upon request.

We encourage operators to reach out directly to our dedicated support team at support@unistack.top to address any technical, hardware integration, or billing questions prior to filing formal dispute claims with payment processors or banking institutions. We take billing integrity seriously and commit to rapid administrative resolution of disputed transactions.

Customized professional implementation services, physical on-site hardware bridge installations, and dedicated hardware gateway appliances delivered by third-party vendor partners may be governed by supplemental work orders and hardware supplier warranty agreements. Such custom physical equipment addenda will be explicitly disclosed prior to shipment.
